This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the free wi-fi, air conditioning, and tv. The staff was helpful when I had an insect bite on my first stay. I'll be back for Christmas!

The room was cheap and decent sized and the bathroom was large. There was good choice of delicious meals. The staff I encountered were very welcoming and amicable. Location: the hotel was just off Shamrock for the night, Route 66 Centre, and Route 66 Centre and Restaurants.

great hotel , but temporarily closed
The notice about new ownership shows promise for improvement and change. Despite the unexpected closure, I appreciated the clear communication regarding our reservation and future operations, we weren't left in the dark.
Our trip was disappointing as we arrived to find the inn unexpectedly closed.

Unfortunately, the facilities are noticeably run down. I spotted bugs both inside and around the building, unsettling. The ceiling fan was loud, waking me up with a noise that felt mad really like it could bring it crashing down. I also noticed the furniture showed significant wear and tear, with unsightly scratches present throughout the room. The door to my room didn't have a secure bolt from the inside, leaving a nagging feeling of insecurity that might affect solo travelers. A little attention to detail could turn this place around.

Such vintage charm! The updated room was super clean and comfy, with loads of character for a classic budget stay. Plus, the manager was a real gem-very attentive to my family member's needs.
But darling, check-in reminded me of I was waiting for a royal appointment! And the WiFi? Let's just say it was as slow as a tortoise in a tutu.
